This content provides terms and conditions information of our partner restaurants and how meals are listed on our platforms. ServeExpress does not guarantee any of the prices listed on our platforms or the availability of menu items at any restaurant. By accessing our site and placing an order you agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Content information that are placed on ServeExpress such as reviews, photos or any other interaction on our platforms are solely owned by ServeExpress.

You agree that any data provided on our platforms will only be used for personal used and not for commercial purposes unless given the permission by management at ServeExpress.

You understand and agree to use our service as provided to you and that your use of this service is at your own responsibility.

While using our service you agree that no form of nudity or explicit content will be share on our platform and if found in violation of such terms you will be banned from using our services.

ServeExpress market the meals and restaurant menus on behalf of our restaurant partners. The purpose of ServeExpress is to provide convenience to customers, providing you with Restaurant Partners menu for you to choose your best option.
You understand that ServeExpress provides delivery services for our Partner Restaurants and all preparation and ingredients of menu items are the responsibility of such restaurant.

ServeExpress will respond to all queries within two (2) business days. This we typically see takes only a few hours.

Modification to orders

For any form of cancelation or modification to order please contact ServeExpress as soon as possible since this will give us enough time to assist with modification. If the restaurant has completed the order, it is not possible to modify such order and ServeExpress will not be responsible if restaurant refuses to make modification.

Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order before it is confirmed. ServeExpress or the Restaurant can cancel an order at any time with reason. If there is any form of cancellation, refund can take up to 14 business days to be processed. Once you’re refunded you will be notified via email that your refund was processed.

ServeExpress reserves the right to make changes and corrections to any part of the content without prior notice. You may frequent our terms to take notice of any changes we make.
