Cancellation/Modification to orders

For any form of cancelation or modification to order please contact ServeExpress as soon as possible since this will give us enough time to assist with modification. If the restaurant has completed the order, it is not possible to modify such order and ServeExpress will not be responsible if restaurant refuses to make modification.

ServeExpress reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order before it is confirmed. If there is any form of cancellation refund can take up to 14 business days to be processed. Once you’re refunded you will be notified via email that your refund was processed.

ServeExpress reserves the right to make changes and corrections to any part of the content without prior notice. You may frequent our terms to take notice of any changes we make.
